I’m delighted to announce that I’ve been commissioned by the Palace Band, a large wind ensemble rehearsing near Alexandra Palace conducted by Stephanie Reeve, to create a new work to be premiered later this year.
The Palace Band have a long history of commissioning new music from a prestigious list of composers, so it’s an honour to be the next composer lined up for the challenge. I’m looking forward to meeting them in the near future. Now to get writing!
